How we work
Small teams. Real customers. Fast decisions.
Our thesis
The cost of building software and running operations is collapsing. Companies that are AI-native from day one need less capital to reach the market and scale with leaner teams.
We put every product in front of paying customers before the fund invests. Capital follows traction, not presentations.
Large, fragmented markets where AI quickly changes the economics of sales, service and back-office work.
How it fits together
The Studio
Builds and operates every venture with our AI factory, and holds founder equity in what it creates.
The Fund
GVentures Fund I invests in the ventures that pass the traction gate, with reserves for follow-on rounds.
The Network
Private investors co-invest deal by deal and open doors to customers, partners and follow-on capital.
Investment process
Each stage has an owner, a timeline and exit criteria agreed before work begins. A venture that misses its criteria is closed, and the team moves to the next idea.
| Stage | Timing | What happens | Exit criteria |
|---|---|---|---|
| Validate | Weeks 0 to 1 | Customer interviews, market sizing, the economic buyer identified. | A clear problem, a buyer and a route to the first ten customers. |
| Build | Days 1 to 30 | Product designed, built and deployed by the AI factory. | A production-grade product live with first users. |
| Market test | Days 30 to 90 | Pricing, onboarding and first revenue. | Traction gate: targets set before the build starts. |
| Spin out | After the gate | A new company with its own leadership, cap table and governance. | Founding team in place, studio equity agreed. |
| Invest | Pre-seed | Fund I invests; the network co-invests through dedicated vehicles. | Investment committee approval and independent pricing. |
| Scale | Growth | Follow-on capital, shared back office, international investors. | Milestones for the next financing round. |
Governance
A studio that invests in its own companies needs clear rules. Ours are written into the fund documents from day one.
A Delaware limited partnership, with a general partner and a separate management company.
Studio companies are priced with an independent co-investor or approved by an advisory committee of the fund’s investors.
Quarterly reports on every portfolio company, with KPIs, cap tables and fund performance.
Independent fund administration and an annual audit.
Investor verification (KYC and AML) before access to any opportunity.
